Submitting an abstract and registering

How to submit an abstract

If you would like to present a short talk and/or poster, please submit an abstract as part of your registration process.

All abstracts must be a maximum of 150 words and include your presentation/poster title. Please upload your abstract as a MS Word document when prompted in the Registration form (use the Register button at the bottom of this page).

Please ensure that your abstract does not contain any symbols (e.g. TGFβ) - any symbols must be spelled out (e.g. TGFbeta).

Registering for the Symposium

There are two types of registration fees for the Symposium:

Full registration - £375 (€415/USD625) which includes 3 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at Homerton College, all meals, a social activity and the symposium dinner.
Non-residential registration - £150 (€165/USD250) which includes all meals, a social activity and the symposium dinner.

Registration for the Symposium has now closed.

Please note that submitting the online registration form does not guarantee a place at the Symposium. To secure your place, please print out the email that you will receive after you submit the online registration form and send this together with a GBP/Euro/USD cheque for the required amount to the address shown below.

Please make your cheque payable to Cancer Research UK and write your registration reference number on the back of the cheque.
